Beyond the color options, the Black Rose Military Shirts have all the classic details of your favorite real life designs. The rolled sleeve tabs and the shoulder epaulets add that chic, tailored look, while the half-buttoned style and loose, open collar feel relaxed and casual. The sculpted chest pockets and prim buttons down the front lend dimensionality to the shirt along with the sculpted lower half. This is more than just a painted-on clothing layer, it looks and feels like a real article of clothing that you pulled out of your closet and digitized.
By now you may be wondering what the Black Rose refers to. On the back of each shirt, there is a skull surrounded by black roses. This isn't your typical longhorn skull, either. Its horns have been twisted like that of a menacing demon! I feel the logo is the most important element of these shirts. It makes a strong statement about who you are, your personality and disposition. Of all the elements I designed during the development process, the logo was my favorite.
The Black Rose Military Shirts come with both a shirt and jacket clothing layer, which are copy only. The sculpted prim cuffs, chest pockets, epaulets, collar and bottom are all copy and mod with removable resize scripts. Depending on your body size, you may find it necessary to move the buttons around a bit, since my avatar is admittedly small compared to most male SL avatars.
