New Indigo Eclectic Location

Well, ladies and gentlemen, I am happy to announce that Indigo Eclectic has moved into a bigger and better rental property at Lacey's Dreams. Lacey's Dreams is not exactly a mall yet and the majority of the Sim is still under renovation, so expect things around our store to change fairly often. (At one point there was a lake and a whale in the Sim, now there is a snow covered mountain XD)

Mr. Hunter

Holy cow November was a busy busy month. IE moved to a new location in early November, and renovations have been ongoing. I'll post a blog about the new store as soon as I redo some of my screen captures. Right now, I want to tell you about Mr. Hunter, a men's fashion oriented hunt that runs through the month of December. It's also the first hunt IE has ever participated in, and I am beyond excited.

Castor Featured

StyleOven is an SL fashion blog maintained by the lovely and talented GasOven. She's a professional photographer in real life with an eye for style and quality in design, so her work is phenomenal. Her blog mostly features ladies' fashions in a variety of styles, but she also likes to highlight any men's fashions she finds particularly eye-catching. She recently featured the Castor Pea Coat in her blog post "A Gentleman and Scoundrel." It is a great honor to be featured on her blog, and I am truly stunned by just how gorgeous the Castor looked in her shots. I'm a little jealous, but I guess there just is no competing with a professional. August/September Oven

August has been a very busy month for my tiny circle of builder friends. Mhyja Questi and GasOven over at Bunnystar and Red Phosphorus (respectively) have been hard at work, not only creating delightful new products but revamping and expanding their home location at GoQuest Plaza. Not only are their stores larger than ever before, but GasOven also opened the Aludra Art Gallery, which showcases work from both Second Life and real world photographers, illustrators, painters, and more. Be sure to check it out, there are some truly breath-taking pieces on display, especially the real world photography by GasOven herself. I may be a bit biased, but seriously go check it out for yourself.

As for me, I've been hard at work all month trying to get new products out, so busy in fact, that this Oven is a week and a half late! Gomennasai. But, without further ado, let's get on to the products. We have two for today, but with any luck, September will be a much more productive month. One can only hope.

Pierced Crescent Featured

UPDATE: It appears that Oopsy has taken down her tumblr blog. So the really awesome picture she took of our necklace is gone. :(

While doing the photo shoot with Jak and Sky for the Pierced Crescent Necklace at the amazing Bryn Oh's Immersiva, we ran into a charming young lady named Oopsy. I was in a giving mood at the time, so I floated her the Pierced Crescent Necklace free of charge before they had even gone on sale. She loved the design (although not the box it came in :P), and told me she would definitely put this in her blog. Turns out, Oopsy is an SL style blogger who has amazing photography skills and keeps a cute and quirky tumblr blog called Zomgosh! Cutesome! Her latest post features the Pierced Crescent Necklace in Heavy Metal, and it looks absolutely gorgeous on her! She has a unique sense of style that combines the trendy and the offbeat seamlessly. Be sure to check out the SL photography in her other posts, they are simply breath-taking.

A new month, and a brand new product. I'm proud to present the Pierced Crescent Necklace for Men and Women. Indigo Eclectic Now In World

Indigo Eclectic Grand Opening!

Last night, Indigo Eclectic opened its very first in-world location at Vision of Silence Mall. My dear friend and senpai, Mhyja Questi was nice enough to scout the place out for me, and give me all the necessary pointers for getting set up, along with the funds to be able to do all of this so soon after opening my listing just barely over a week ago. I spent all night setting everything up, you can see the finished look in the picture above (along with my dear friends Skyler and Jakob). It's a little bare, I know, but in the coming weeks, I should have two new products ready to drop. More on that later.

Cybernetic Arm Console

Evening ladies and gentlemen. I am proud to announce that the very first ever Indigo Eclectic product is finished and ready for distribution. It was a long and arduous road to get here, but at long last the Indigo Eclectic Cybernetic Arm Console has been completed. Not only that it comes in three color variations: Teal, Blue and Orange. At L$105 a piece, how can you go wrong? Better yet, buy the Fat Pack including all three for only L$225.

Product Oven

I thought that it might be a good idea to show off what I've been working on lately, since I don't have any merchandise up just yet. I've been keeping quite busy trying to finish my first product and get it up on the market as well as planning what I want to work on next, so that as soon as this one is done, I can get onto the next thing. I hope to have at least one new product out every month for the next several months, to a year even.

Initiate

Well, good morning! So, I am Wraithe, the creator of Indigo Eclectic, a Second Life based small business which will feature a variety of products. This blog will be the dedicated source for all information regarding the store, the products and on-going developments. I want to make high quality products for sale at affordable prices. While I have no intention to specialize in any one style or type of product, I will focus mostly on Men's Fashion and Accessories, since there is a real dearth of quality men's products in Second Life. Of course, that doesn't mean that women will be completely left out, but that isn't my focus. There are already plenty of stores dedicated to women's fashion, I want to do something else. ^__^

This is only the beginning, and there is so much more to come.
